Our goal as inspectors is to be fair in the real estate transaction process. We try not to be overly picky about minor cosmetic concerns and try to stick to the real issues at hand. We try to make our reporting language easily accessible to everyone involved, direct and appropriate.

We know it is important to take the emotions out of the process as much as possible. We do not try to scare people or make many inspection findings just to justify our fee, but just report in a practical manner to help you make your job easier.
